ABOUT QUITE ORGANIZED

Inviting someone into your home—and into the spaces that may not be working—is personal. You deserve an organizing partner who listens first, understands what matters to you, and helps create solutions that feel like yours.

Vicki, founder and owner of Quite Organized, organizing and arranging items in a San Diego home.

Hi, I’m Vicki.

I’ve always loved being organized—and organizing. It comes naturally to me, and over the years I’ve been told again and again that I have a knack for seeing what could work better and figuring out how to make it happen.

Quite Organized grew out of a career transition after 30 years in marketing. My career taught me how to manage projects, think strategically, develop a vision, and create a plan to get there. What I’m excited about now is bringing those skills to something much more personal: helping people create spaces that make everyday life easier.

When I walk into a space that feels overwhelming to you, I don’t feel overwhelmed by it. I see possibilities. There’s no need to apologize or clean up before I arrive—in fact, seeing how you really live in and use the space is helpful. I’ll listen, ask questions, offer ideas and recommendations, and work through it with you calmly and patiently. I’m there to help, never to judge.

Most importantly, I’m not there to create a space that works for me. I’m there to help create one that works for you—and that you can realistically maintain after I leave.

What you can expect from me.

I’ll listen first.
Before changing anything, I want to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what matters to you.

I’ll see possibilities, not problems.
You never need to apologize for the state of your space. Seeing how you actually use it helps me find solutions that will work.

I’ll keep it practical.
We’ll use what you already have whenever it makes sense and only add something new when it genuinely helps.

I’ll keep real life in mind.
The goal isn’t a picture-perfect space. It’s a system you can realistically maintain after I leave.

Think we might be a good fit?

Tell me a little about what’s not working in your space. There’s no need to clean up first—or even know exactly what you need. We can figure that out together.
